BRIEFING
We were required to build and app and backoffice for manage the reservations, membership and spaces of sports and leisure clubs. The project must be adaptative for every club that required the service. Normally, these clubs are associated with premium services, so this app must maintain some quality standards.

Discovery

I received very good documentation when we started the project, but just from clients of the clubs. We needed to speak to the clubs and to development company for mesuring and scoping correctly.

No need of marketing inside the app. We will sell it to the clubs and get new clients through services payments.
